Diamond Jewelry Caring Tips

Your diamonds will shine brilliantly. Know how?

1. Be pragmatic
Though diamonds are the hardest gemstones, it is not impossible to break them. Take your diamonds off before doing intense physical work or using heavy mechanical equipment.
2. Remove dust and dirt
You can clean diamonds with warm water, mild soap and a soft toothbrush. It is also safe to use a household ultrasonic cleaner.
3. Check for loose stones
Bring your diamond jewelry to a professional for check-up to make sure that all prongs and settings are secure.
4. Avoid chemicals
Chlorine bleach can weaken gold alloys, so if you swim frequently or clean with bleach; be sure to check for weakened prongs or settings.
