The Angara 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Return Procedure:
Resizes and Repairs:
Angara offers a 30-day money back guarantee for items in their original condition accompanied by a receipt. Simply follow the steps below to return or exchange your product.
Return Procedure:
- Product must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. The date of shipment is specified on the Angara invoice.
- Get your Return Authorization Code by calling 1-888-926-4272 or by e-mailing us at customerservice@angara.com. An Angara Advisor will send you a return authorization email. Include a copy of that email in your return package. In some cases, a verbal return code is allowed - please indicate such code on your return letter.
- Include all original packaging, certificates and materials.
- Ship your item fully insured. To insure your package, check the price of the item on your invoice. If it is less than $500, you can ship via any carrier. If it is more than $500, ship via U.S. Postal Registered Mail (or any other carrier that insures the parcel for its full value). Insure your package for the total value of the contents and request a return receipt for confirmation.
- All return requests will be processed only after our laboratory verifies the condition of the item.
- Returns take approximately seven business days to process upon the receipt of the item. For International Returns (from outside the USA), customers will also be charged any import duty that may be paid by us towards re-import of items into the USA.
- The following items will not be accepted for returns:
- Any item with evidence of damage, wear, engraving, alterations or resizing by a jeweler other than Angara
- Improperly packaged or uninsured items
- Packages without an Angara return code (e-mail or verbal)
- All custom order jewelry
- We will refund only the price of the item and taxes paid. Shipping charges, if any, paid by the customer are not refundable.
- The return policy for certified loose diamonds differs from our 30 day policy. Due to exceedingly high demand the return policy for loose diamonds varies from not returnable to a maximum of ten days. Please call one of our personal jewelers at 888 926 4272 to find out the return guidelines for the specific certified loose diamond you are considering.
Resizes and Repairs:
All Angara Rings come with a onetime free resizing guarantee. The customer is only responsible for round trip shipping. Repairs are handled on a case by case basis. Please call 888 926 4272 for assistance from our jewelry experts.
