We will ship orders to APO, FPO, DPO, PO boxes, and US Territories via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Usually it takes around 7-10 business days to arrive to its shipping destination. The arrival times (arrives by date/estimated ship date) displayed are for U.S. addresses and do not apply to APO, FPO and DPO addresses.

Gift cards are sent immediately to the recipient through email. Once the recipient receives the gift card, it can be used immediately on angara.com.
When you redeem your gift card online, we require that you use a credit card to process your order. Your credit card will not be charged unless your order total exceeds the amount of your gift card.
Gift cards are transferable but are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused portion will remain available for future purchases under the same Gift card code. If you wish to find out gift card balance, call customer service at 1-888-926-4272.
Angara Gift cards are redeemable only at www.angara.com. Gift cards and unused portions expire on the date listed in your gift card e-mail.
We insure all items; this means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. All deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only.
For added security, it is our policy that adult signature is required for all Angara items/orders.
As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, there might be slight delay in shipment of certain orders due to the verification process. For orders that need to be delivered to a destination other than the billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file.
In such cases where you feel your shipment is delayed, please contact our Customer Care and help us expedite your order.
Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in New Jersey, New York and California
If you are shipping to addresses in New Jersey, New York and California, tax will be charged on the item price minus discount (when discount is applicable). Tax rates within counties vary.
if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it within 30 days return of the shipping date. Returns, including free gift(s), must be unworn and in the state that you received them. We have an extended return policy for special occasions, for instance, orders placed from Angara starting October 28th – November 15th are eligible for 75 day extended holiday return policy, orders placed between November 15th – November 30th are eligible for 60 day extended holiday return policy, and orders placed between December 1st – December 15th are eligible for 45 day extended holiday return policy. All orders placed before October 28th and after December 15th are subjected to standard 30 day return policy unless specified in a promotion.
For domestic customers: We offer free domestic shipping both ways by offering FREE return shipping for US domestic orders only. To request a return shipping label for your purchase, simply submit a form by the Online Return Form. Returns may take up to 1 week to process.
For international customers: International returns, return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Each Angara ring comes with the option of one free resizing during the first year of ownership. For your free resizing call Angara’s personal jeweler at 1-888-926-4272 to arrange for it. Customer (International and domestic) will have to pay for shipping both ways with insurance.
