With the Total Protection Warranty Plan, you can be rest assured that your jewelry will look like new for years to come. The plan is intended to guard your jewelry against any accidental damage and/or wear and tear. Angara will ensure that your jewelry is cared for with the highest quality materials and by the most skilled craftsmen in the industry. If you elect not to use the plan during the 5 year period, you can apply the full warranty plan purchase amount towards your next Angara purchase!

• Re-polishing and cleaning of jewelry (recommended once per year)
• Repairing bent or broken prongs
• Repairing any accidental scratches to mounting
• Replacing or re-polishing any scratches to accent / side gemstones or diamonds
• Replacing or repairing spring rings on chains
• Replacing or repairing earring backings
• Gemstone and/or diamond tightening

* Customer is only responsible for round trip shipping.
* Missing center gemstones are not covered.

The validity is for 5 years.

Yes, you can cancel within 30 days of purchasing the plan and get a full refund on the warranty amount.

It's simple. Just call us at 1-888-926-4272 and mention your order number or name. You can also write to us at customer.service@angara.com with your requirement and our customer service team will be in touch within 24 hours with shipping instructions.

Once you buy the plan, we will email you the details of the plan and procedures on contacting us for any of the services under the plan.

If you do not use any of the services of the plan, then you can use the amount paid for the plan, towards your next Angara purchase or just renew the plan. For eg. Let's say you buy a ring on Angara for $3000 . You also opted for the Total Warranty Protection Plan by paying an additional $300. At the end of 5 years, you could use the $300 for renewing the plan or you can buy any product on Angara. It's like having $300 to spend on whatever you like.

If you get any repair or resizing work done on the piece of jewelry from another jeweler or third party, the Total Protection Warranty is void and the jewelry piece would no longer be covered by the plan.
