Angara went to extremes to take care of us - bywilliam w.We are long-time Angara customers. Great products. But, the test of a great company is when things go wrong. Most companies talk a good game but fail miserably in serving the customer because it's just not their focus. Sales are. Not Angara. We ordered a Mother's Day gift in time for it to be delivered Friday before M-Day. We came home from work to find a UPS tag instead of the package. Angara hadn't told us a signature is required for delivery! Grrrrrr. I called the 800- number and got an agent who walked me through why signatures are required (I understand their rationale now but didn't know ahead of time so didn't arrange to be home from work). He arranged with UPS to reroute the item to my mother's Florida home which we were leaving to travel to for the celebration with Mom. The package arrived a few days late but it did arrive as they promised. Mom was thrilled! Thank you!!!!!!!!!
