I bought these earrings for my wife for Christmas and she loves them. A few days later we noticed a slight misalignment of the lever back clasp. Since we were going out of town in a couple of weeks and we live on the East coast, I panicked, thinking there was no way a repair could be completed in time. I was able to speak directly with Barbara Stein, the Sales Manager, and she sent us a 2nd Day Air shipping label within the hour. The earrings got to California on New Years Eve, and were repaired and shipped back to us the following Tuesday, a week before we absolutely needed them back. Thank you, Barbara, for your excellent service, and I'm sure my bank balance will notice the next time Valentines Day, a Birthday or other Holiday comes around!

The sapphire earrings purchased from Angara are so beautiful and I am very happy with it. The earring are sometimes difficult to place in the ear because of its hooked shape. Otherwise I am very satisfied.
