My wife loved it when I gave it to her after the birth of our son. She rarely takes it off. She loves the heart design containing the ruby as it is our sons birth stone.

Lovely Heart But Not Exactly As Expected - byDale H.This is a nicely done piece but the stone is much lighter in color than I thought it would be. I specifically bought it to match earrings I bought from ANGARA a couple of years ago of the same advertised grade. I spoke to the sales manager, who was very courteous, and she explained that the Tanzanite stone in the heart was much smaller than in the earrings and hence less dense, resulting in the lighter color. Fair enough but simply can't rate it any higher as it wasn't what I expected and buyers need to be aware that stones of the same grade may not be even close to the same color.

I purchased this in white gold.It is a nice size and weight. The pendant came in a beautiful box with a little light that shines when you open the box. Nice job!
