Where is your jewelry made?
The large majority of our jewelry is made in Los Angeles, a few miles away from Hollywood. We also manufacture in Thailand and India.
Where are you located? Can I visit your office to see the jewelry?
We are located in the heart of the Los Angeles Jewelry District. We are able to keep costs to a minimum as we are an online only jeweler. Rather than have an expensive showroom, we prefer to pass the savings on directly to you.
Is there sales tax online?
Items shipped to any destination in the state of New Jersey, Nevada and California are subject to sales tax.

What is your position on conflict-free diamonds?
Angara supports all industry efforts to end trafficking of conflict diamonds. We only obtain diamonds from reputable sources that comply with the international monitoring system known as the Kimberly Process, which requires manufacturers to supply retailers with documentation that their diamonds were received through legitimate channels.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do, with following terms and conditions:
- Angara offers free shipping to over 64 countries.
- Customers are liable to pay the local import duties/taxes, as applicable in their country of import.
- All returns/exchanges from International destinations are to be shipped by customers at their cost with full value insurance of all items being returned. Any import duty required to be paid by Angara for such returns will be deducted from the refund to be processed for the customer.

We offer one free ring resizing within the first year. The customer is only responsible for return shipping.

Yes, at Angara.com we specialize in customized jewelry. Any of our designs can be made in any metal, any size, and can accommodate any gemstone. Alternatively, you can send in one of your own designs. If you can dream it, we can create it.

What is Jewelry Appraisal and why should I opt for it?
The jewelry appraisal document includes the details of the stone (carat, quality & grade) and other product specifications. It provides the documentation needed for customers to OBTAIN insurance for the item. The appraisal is an advantage because it will reflect the difference between the price offered by Angara and the market rates. All pieces of jewelry are ONLY appraised by GIA certified gemologists. Jewelry appraisals provide customers with a better understanding of what they purchased and enhances confidence in the purchase.
What services are included in your lifetime warranty?
