Domestic Shipping

These policies apply to domestic orders; to be shipped within the U.S.

Angara offers FREE Standard shipping on all domestic orders.

APO, FPO, DPO, PO boxes, and US Territories

We ship orders to APO, FPO, DPO, PO boxes, and US Territories via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Usually, it takes around 7-10 business days for the order to arrive at its shipping destination. The arrival time (arrives by date/estimated shipping date) displayed are for U.S. addresses only and do not apply to APO, FPO and DPO addresses.

All Shipments are Insured

Every item is fully insured. All deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only.

For added security, an adult signature is required for all Angara items/orders.

For Your Protection

As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, there might be a slight delay in shipment of certain orders due to the verification process. For orders that need to be delivered to a destination other than the billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file.

In such cases where you feel your shipment is delayed, please contact our Customer Care and help us expedite your order.

Sales Tax

Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in New Jersey, Nevada and California.

If you are shipping to addresses in New Jersey, Nevada and California, tax will be charged on the item price minus discount (when discount is applicable). Tax rates within countries vary.

Gift Cards Policy

Gift cards are sent immediately to the recipient through email. Once the recipient receives the gift card, it can be used immediately on

When you redeem your gift card online, we require that you use a credit card to process your order. Your credit card will not be charged unless your order total exceeds the amount of your gift card.

Gift cards are transferable but are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused portion will remain available for future purchases under the same Gift card code. If you wish to find out your gift card balance, call customer service at 1-844-527-4367.

Angara Gift cards are redeemable only at Gift cards and unused portions will expire on the date listed in your gift card e-mail.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it. In addition to our standard 30-day return policy, all orders placed between Oct. 25, 2018, to Dec. 14, 2018, will be eligible for extended returns or exchange until Jan. 15, 2019.

For domestic customers: We offer FREE return shipping for domestic orders (within USA). To request a return shipping label for your purchase, simply fill the Online Return Form. Returns may take up to one week for processing.

For international customers: For international returns, return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

Ring Re-sizing

Each Angara ring comes with the option of one free resizing during the first year of ownership. Call Angara’s personal jeweler at 1-844-527-4367 to arrange for your free resizing. Customers (international and domestic) will have to pay for shipping both ways with insurance.

International Shipping

We ship international orders over US $500 for FREE, orders below US $500 are charged US $40 each. Shipments are sent via FedEx, UPS or USPS. The arrival time mentioned on our website is applicable only to US shipping addresses. Insurance of Shipment

All Angara international shipments are under insurance coverage until the package reaches its destination. We advise clients and/or their recipients to be available at the shipping address at the time of delivery; as once delivered, Angara does not hold any responsibility for the parcel.

Order Payment Conditions

Payments will be automatically converted into USD on your credit card.

You can see the product price in your local currency. On the last page of checkout, you will be able to see the amount that will be charged to your account in USD, if the order is placed via credit card.

We also accept payments via Wire Transfer and Western Union. Once the wire transfer is received, we will process your order for shipment. For more details on order payment conditions, please contact our Angara Advisors at 1-844-527-4367.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes

The local customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and compliance and other government agency charges to your international order. The recipient of the shipment will be responsible for all the additional charges required for customs clearance. On the arrival of your order at customs, you will either be contacted by our shipper or directly by the customs office to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.

Angara has no control over the estimated duty and tax rates mentioned in the table below. As the actual amount charged by customs may differ from those listed, it is advised to contact the destination country's customs office for any further details.

Please note that the destination country’s customs office is authorized for the opening and inspection of international shipments. Additionally, if required we are liable to provide the information about your order, shipment and products contained therein.

If for any reason the shipment is returned from customs, the shipping amount will be deducted while processing the refund.
