I like the ring but
I like the ring but it is very small and doesn't show up on my finger like I thought it would.
The sizing of the ring is a little large, so it slides around on my finger. It doesn't stay in the upright position, so I am constantly trying to straighten it up.
I think it looks good and seems to be very good quality.

Q: Hi there,
I am looking to buy an engagement ring from your online store. I am located in Canada and will be shopping on the Canadian site and have a few questions:
1) Who do you use to ship with as there is potential for strikes with Canada Post.
2) If the ring needs to be resized, what is the method for getting this done and are there any additional costs associated with that?
3) I will be purchasing from the Canadian site, and then moving to Australia - can resizing be handled through your Australian branch of Angara as we'll be residing there for the next several years?
4) As I will be getting a diamond ring, how often does inspection/maintenance need to occur to maintain the warranty and how is this handled (ie: does it need to be mailed in, or, can a certified jeweler at a local shop conduct inspection/maintenance?)
5) What coverage does your Lifetime Warranty provide for the ring and stone?

These are all excellent questions. Let us address each individually. 1) We ship orders via FedEx and UPS. 2) You're entitled to one free resizing for one year from the purchase date. The ring would need to be sent to Angara to be resized. If within 60 days from the delivery date, a free return shipping label can be requested via the Angara website. Just click the Resize & Repair link in the website footer menu to get started. 3) Yes, resizing can be handled via our Australian branch. 4) The Lifetime Warranty doesn't have a minimum service requirement to maintain its validity. The ring can be sent to us for servicing whenever you feel the need to do so. 5) The Lifetime Warranty covers cleaning, polishing, setting tightening, Rhodium re-plating. It does not cover damaged or lost gemstones.
