It was a little frustrating once it shipped because the tracking number said to expect it 3 days later than promised by Angara and it needed an adult signature. It ended up being delivered the day promised and I happened to be home. I think fedex has issues with their tracking system. The free gift was not what was promised which was a bummer because the promised free gift was my daughters birthstone so I was excited to give it to her. The free gift was changed to that stone the day I ordered however they claim they send what is available. For a $4700 purchase you would think they would send you the one promised when you call to ask about it but they refused. Overall I love the ring!
