All Angara shipments are insured and risk-free. You can easily track your shipment using the tracking number provided to you.

  • The shipping date is based on when your package leaves our shipping department.

  • The Transit Time is the duration from when we ship an item to when it is delivered to you.

When you place an order with us, we will not be able to provide a specific delivery date and time immediately. However, once your package ships, the shipping carrier will set the delivery window. You will find this information in the "Order Shipped" email.

At times, the carrier may suspend weekend delivery services (Saturday Delivery). If available, you will be able to see this option on the checkout page.

APO, FPO, DPO, PO boxes and U.S. Territories

Once your order ships to APO, FPO, DPO, PO boxes and U.S. Territories via USPS priority mail, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. Usually, it takes around 7 to 10 business days for the order to arrive. The estimated delivery date displayed is for U.S. addresses only and does not apply to APO, FPO and DPO addresses

Exceptions to the Delivery Timeline

Delay in delivery may happen due to unforeseen circumstances. Angara will not be responsible or provide refunds for any shipping charges incurred in such cases. Although we cannot control unexpected delays, we are committed to promptly informing you of any such occurrences as soon as we become aware of them.

To ensure that you receive all notifications from us, kindly add our email ID to your address book. We recommend checking your 'Spam' and 'Junk' folders regularly to avoid missing any important emails from us.

Hold for Pickup and Alternative Delivery Options

If for some reason, you are unable to be at home to receive the delivery or if your purchase is a surprise gift, you may request for the package to be held at the shipping center. The package will be held for up to 5 business days until it is collected by you or the person you depute. The designated person must be 21 years or older and must also present a valid identity proof for verification.

Cancellation and Changes in Order

We prioritize customer satisfaction and will make every effort to accommodate a request for cancellation or changes in order before shipping. This may result in delayed delivery.

However, if the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible for us to make any changes. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it after you receive the shipment. Please get in touch with us if you prefer to personally collect your package.

For Your Protection

As a security precaution to protect you against fraud, some orders may experience a slight delay in shipment due to a verification process. For orders requiring delivery to an address different from the billing address, we will verify with your credit card or financing company to ensure the availability of this alternate shipping address in their records.

In such cases where you feel your shipment is delayed, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team to expedite your order.

Insurance of Shipment

All Angara shipments are covered by insurance until the package reaches its destination. We recommend customers and/or intended recipients to be available at the shipping address at the time of delivery. Once delivered, Angara holds no responsibility for the package. If you happen to be unavailable, an authorized person will be required to sign and collect the package on your behalf at the designated shipping address.

For added security, an adult signature is required for all Angara orders.

Sales Tax

Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

When shipping to addresses in these locations, the tax will be applied to the item price, excluding any applicable discounts.

We ship international orders for free. Shipments are sent via FedEx, UPS or DHL. The estimated delivery date mentioned applies only to U.S. shipping addresses. Please contact our Customer Service Team to know the estimated shipment delivery time of your ordered items.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes

The local customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes and compliance and other government agency charges to your international order. You are responsible for all the additional charges required for customs clearance. Once your order arrives at customs, you will either be contacted by our carrier or directly by the customs office to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. For more detailed information, it is recommended to get in touch with the customs office of the destination country.

The destination country’s customs office is authorized to open and inspect international shipments. If required, we are liable to provide information about your order.

If for any reason the shipment is returned from customs, the shipping amount will be deducted while processing the refund.
