We are sorry to hear about your experience. Ideally the ads stop appearing, if the customer has bought from us. However, you can do the following to remove the ads from coming on other websites -
Clear the browser cookies -
1. In Chrome: Go to Browser Settings >> Privacy & Security >> Clear Cookies or select and clear Angara Cookies
2. In Safari: Go to Safari Menu >> Preference >> Privacy >> Manage Website Data >> Clear. Angara Cookies

Even if nothing is done, the ads will automatically stop after a couple of days because all marketing campaigns stop targeting people if they do not engage/click on the ads.
