Hello Dee J.! As the quality of the center gem changes, the quality of the diamond accents changes too. With Heirloom-quality opals or AAAA, the diamonds will have G-H color and VS clarity. In the same manner, Best or AAA/ Better or AA / Good or A will have H SI2 / I I1/ J I2 quality diamonds. Also, when the size of the center opal increases, the size of the diamond accents increases as well.
