Q: How are we going to fix the issue of the wring size carat in my ring that I ordered my receipt and my bank account days 1/6 carat and you coa clearly says 1/15 now what?????

The 1/6 carat is the total carat weight of all the diamonds. The centre diamond is 1/15 carat, and the remaining diamonds are 1/15 carat. Please see the certificate of authenticity to find out the bifurcation of the total carat weight.
If you are not 100% happy with the diamond size, you can upgrade to a bigger size within the [return period](https://www.angara.com/b/return-policy).
