Free Resizing Within 15 Days of Delivery
1. 1 free resize within 15 days of delivery, with insured return shipping
2. Not applicable on custom or personalised orders
3. Metal weight differences over ₹1,000 will be charged or refunded
Paid Resizing After 15 Days or Additional Resizing
1. Once the 15-day return period has ended
2. For custom or personalised orders
3. If a complimentary ring resize has already been used for this product
Charges for Ring Resizing
1. Up to 2 ring size change
₹2,500 + metal weight difference will be adjusted
(Example: ring size 10 to ring size 8–12)
2. More than 2 ring size changes
Making charges (as per current market rate) + metal weight difference will be adjusted + one-side insured shipping
(Example: ring size 10 to ring size 7.5 or lower and 12.5 or higher)
Charges for Bangles Resizing
- Making charges (as per current market rate) + metal weight difference will be adjusted + one-side insured shipping
Please Note:
1. Some designs may not be resizable due to structure; where full making charges may apply
2. If third-party certification (IGI/SGL) was taken at the time of purchase, and resizing is requested later, the certification cost will be applicable again, if you want to recertify the product.
3. Resizing requests after 15 days require contacting Customer Service (Contact Customer support team for all resizing requests at +91-9001001313 or @india.support@angara.com)
4. Items resized by third parties are not accepted
5. Once resizing is requested, the 15-day return policy no longer applies
6. After resizing, the product is covered under Lifetime Exchange & Buyback as per policy
