User Account and Placing an Order

When You create an Account on the Site, You are liable to provide accurate, complete and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your Account from our Site. It is Your responsibility to safeguard Your password. Do not disclose it to any person or third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of Your Account.

By placing an Order for Products through the Site, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

About Merchandise

  • Availability
  • Angara provides high-quality merchandise. However, the availability of Products may vary from time to time. Some featured items may be available only in limited quantities or until supplies last. Once an item is out of stock, we will attempt to promptly remove it from display. However, the display of an item on the Site does not ensure its availability.

    All the Products featured on the Site are custom-made based on the stone size, stone quality, metal, etc. selected by the customer. If You are unable to locate a particular item that caught Your attention on a previous visit or if You have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact our Customer Service Team.

  • Merchandise Display
  • Angara makes every reasonable effort to display its merchandise as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, various factors, including the display and resolution of Your screen/device may significantly affect what You see on Your screen. Each Product photograph is taken individually and Products are not sized relative to each other.

    However, if You are dissatisfied with a purchased item, You can exchange or return it to us. For more information regarding Angara's return and exchange policy and procedures, please refer to the “Return Policy” section by clicking here.

Non-Commercial Use

This Site and its Content, as well as merchandise, are intended solely for the personal, non-commercial use of our clients. You may download or copy the Content displayed on the Site for Your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to You in any of the aforementioned scenarios. Furthermore, any and all merchandise is not offered for resale purposes.

Gemstone Treatment Disclosure

Angara offers a large number of coloured gemstone items. We make every reasonable effort to adhere to best practices and industry guidelines for gemstone treatment and follow standards put forth by the American Gem Trade Association (AGTA). Gemstone treatments (apart from cutting) are carried out on the stones with the aim of influencing their appearance, durability, and/or value.

Conflict Diamonds Policy

Angara's diamond supply consists of quality diamonds, sourced from the world's most reputed suppliers. As responsible citizens and jewellery merchants, we share the public's concern regarding conflict diamonds.

Angara supports the Kimberley Process. We obtain diamonds exclusively from respected, well-established and legitimate sources that are entirely compliant with the Kimberley Process requirements. The Kimberley Process is an international system that governs the trade of diamonds to ensure that they are from sources free of conflict. At Angara, we continue to support and promote any process that works to uphold legitimacy in the diamond trade.

Gemstone and Diamond Certificates

All Angara gemstone and diamond jewellery pieces are shipped with their respective authenticity or grading certificates. These detailed documents are created by gemstone and diamond grading experts from renowned laboratories, and the cost of replacing them is significantly high. Because of this, we require the certificate to be included with each returned item. Failure to do so will result in a replacement fee of £250.

Shipping Policy and Delivery Information

Once an Order is placed with Angara, we make every reasonable effort to ship the made-to-order item at the earliest. Please add our email ID to Your email address book to ensure that all notifications reach Your inbox. Also, please check Your 'Spam' and 'Junk' folders periodically for any missed emails from us. As soon as Your Order is shipped, You will receive a shipment confirmation email, along with a tracking number, which will allow You to track Your items on our TRACK YOUR ORDER page.

To ensure Product safety, high value Orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. If You happen to be unavailable, an authorised person will be required to sign and collect the package on Your behalf at the designated shipping address.

Shipping will not be done to PO boxes or similar addresses.

A delay in delivery can happen due to several unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Angara will not be held liable or refund the shipping amount (if charged). Although Angara does not have control over unexpected delays, we will always strive to keep You updated about the shipments as soon as it is brought to our notice. Further, if we are unable to ship Your Order on/by the promised date, we shall update You on the reason for the delay. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policies.

Pricing

Angara offers the best value Products at the lowest possible cost. The prices mentioned on our Site are quoted in Pounds and are fixed. However, they are subject to change at any time.

These prices are inclusive of taxes.

In case of incorrect pricing quoted on this Site due to typographical errors, Angara reserves the right to change/cancel Orders prior to informing the customer of the error despite the customer receiving the Order confirmation or delivery date.

Payment Information and Method

  • Credit Card:
  • All major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. If the amount charged exceeds Your credit limit or if Your card is declined, we will notify You of the same. Additional documentation such as Your driver’s licence, copy of credit card, etc. may be required on certain transactions for verification purposes.

  • PayPal:
  • For Orders eligible for payment via PayPal, the PayPal button will be displayed right below the "secure checkout" button in the shopping cart. On clicking the PayPal button, You will be directed to log in to Your existing PayPal account or to create a new account. Once You log in, select Your preferred billing, shipping and payment options, following which You will be prompted to provide consent for Angara to charge Your PayPal account. After Your approval, You will be directed back to Angara to complete Your Order. Once the payment is complete, You will receive a confirmation email from Angara.

  • Buy Now Pay Later:
  • We offer Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services such as Klarna and Clearpay. With Klarna, you can either Pay in 30 days or Pay in 3 instalments. With Clearpay, you can split your payment into 3 instalments.

    Payments are to be made directly to the BNPL service provider. Payment of products through BNPL service providers is subject to their terms and conditions.     All payment and repayment matters relating to any BNPL service provider are handled between you and the respective service provider, and are not the responsibility of our company.

    Order placement through our website does not guarantee acceptance by BNPL service providers. Eligibility for BNPL services is determined by the criteria set by these providers, which may include factors such as the total amount of the order, your nationality or creditworthiness. To use BNPL services, you must be 18 years of age or older and a UK resident.

SMS Terms and Conditions

If You give consent or sign-up for Angara’s push notification/text messaging services, You will be receiving regular transactional text messages. These will provide status updates about Your Order, post the purchase, in addition to informative messages about new Products and promotional content. Standard SMS/MMS rates are applicable for messaging services. Carriers will not be held liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Terms and Conditions for Offers and Free Gifts

  • Multiple offers cannot be combined.
  • The free gift(s) will be based on the total Order value.
  • The free gift(s) has no cash value and cannot be used as payment on account or for past purchases.
  • In case of returns, the purchased item must be returned along with the free gift(s) it was shipped with and in its original condition. Please check Angara’s Return Policy for more details.
  • If You decide to keep the free gift(s), You will be charged for it/them, as per the prices mentioned on the Site.
  • Angara has the sole right to alter or terminate the terms and conditions of the offers at any given point in time.
  • If a particular free gift is out of stock, it may be replaced by an equivalent or better alternative based on Angara's discretion.

Gift Card and E-Gift Card

  • The balance on the gift card can be used online in full or as part payment.
  • Gift cards can be reloaded and reused.
  • In the event of 24 months of consecutive non-use, the gift card will expire and the balance remaining will be deducted ("Use" includes a balance enquiry).
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers or used as a deposit on a credit agreement.
  • No change will be given when a gift card is used to purchase goods or services but the balance may be applied to future purchases.
  • We do not replace or reimburse the value of the gift card if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
  • When a gift card is used to purchase goods, any remaining balance will be shown on the gift cards payment page. We update the balance on our secure database.
  • The gift card can be spent on any goods up to the value held on the gift card.
  • The gift card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card.
  • Angara reserves the right to amend the terms applying to gift cards at any time. Any such change and action to be taken as a result will be shared in advance.

Angara makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy of such information. Angara reserves the right to correct any errors and to update Site information at any time (including after You have submitted Your Order).

In compliance with industry standards, total carat weight of diamonds may vary up to 0.07 carats from the stated weight. For gemstones, a tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed. Depending on the gemstone cut, the gemstone carat weight may further vary considerably from the stated approximate weight.

In general, the gemstone carat weight may exceed the stated approximate weight.

Lifetime Warranty/Enhanced Warranty Plan

At Angara, we are proud of the exceptional products and services we offer. We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and warrant that all pieces will be free from manufacturing defects. Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted with carefully selected, superior quality materials and is inspected thoroughly before shipment. Additionally, we will also help to maintain your jewellery piece for lifetime.

Our lifetime warranty covers free services i.e. cleaning, re-polishing, gemstone and/or diamond tightening and re-rhodium plating.

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date.

To request a return shipping label and generate an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number for your purchase, fill out the Online Return Form . You can also call our Customer Service team on 800 3688742 and initiate the returns process. Following this, a fully insured return label will be emailed to you.

Governing Law Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England., without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by an appropriate Federal or State court sitting in the England.
