I ADORE My Engagement Ring! - byAlysonI can't stop staring at this gorgeous gem on my finger! I got the "Best" quality Teal Montana Sapphire in a 14k gold setting with the larger total stone weight (size 5 finger for reference, hopefully I can upload a photo). The stone colour looks very different in different lighting... Most of the time it's a gorgeous tropical sea blue, but in some lighting, it looks like a peacock green. More blue than green for sure, but also a distinct shade not like your average sapphire. Very hard to capture accurately on camera. The stone has a few small visible inclusions if you look really closely at it, which I don't mind, because that's how I know it's "mine" and it's natural. I had the ring appraised by a GIA certified appraiser today and it actually appraised at more than 30% of what we paid (before tax) and he also measured the stone size to be larger than advertised on the website (slightly larger length and width, and full 1ct weight). That was a very pleasant surprise. So needless to say, I would not hesitate to buy from Angara again! Can't wait to continue to show off this gorgeous piece of jewelry for the rest of my life.
