At first I was disappointed with the clarity of the gem until I realized it was just dirty. After cleaning the sapphire looks much clearer and the ring looks beautiful. The sapphire I purchased is an AA quality stone and looks lighter in color than the images show, it is just less saturated than a AAA stone would be, which I am happy with. Very happy with this purchase.
