Q: I bought this eternity band from you in 2020 (I’m currently the only review that it is on your website). I have lost close to 80 lbs in the last year and my size 6 ring is now far too large. Can I send it back to be sized? I see a single resizing is included? Again my present ring is a 6, the new size I need is a 4.5. Please let me know what my options are. Thank you!
