Lifetime Warranty

At Angara, we are proud of the exceptional products and services we offer. We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and warrant that all pieces will be free from manufacturing defects. Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted with carefully selected, superior quality materials and is inspected thoroughly before shipment. Additionally, we will also help to maintain your jewellery piece for lifetime.

The following free services are covered under our Lifetime Warranty:

  • Cleaning
  • Re-polishing
  • Gemstone and/or diamond tightening
  • Re-Rhodium Plating

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover repair and maintenance for:

  • Bends, chips, damages, deformation, dents, scratches, etc. caused by accident, misuse or negligent use of the product.
  • Wear and tear and lost or missing stones and parts of the jewellery caused due to inappropriate, improper or abnormal use of the product.

Further, the nature of the jewellery piece such as slight imperfections or variations due to handcrafting, innate properties of the metal or gemstone such as colour, inclusions, etc. are not manufacturing defects and will not be covered under Lifetime Warranty.

The Lifetime Warranty will also be void if any repair, resizing, engraving, etc. is carried out by any jeweller other than Angara.

If there is a problem with your jewellery or if you need to use any other service that is not covered under our Lifetime Warranty, you may return the product to us along with all the loose parts (if any) for inspection. Once the evaluation is complete, we will notify you the service charges (if applicable) before repairing your jewellery.

The shipping charges for all the services mentioned above will be your responsibility. To ensure product safety, you can either pay for shipping with insurance or request an insured shipping label. Insured Shipping label will cost you $35 plus taxes.

We also offer an Enhanced Warranty Plan for an additional charge. This Enhanced Warranty plan covers wear and tear issues, which are not included in the Lifetime Warranty. For more details, click here.
