Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to Australia. All items are insured and can be tracked using the allocated tracking number. Shipping fees, if any, will be calculated in Australian Dollar ($).

Processing Your Order

For security reasons, some orders are randomly selected to undergo a routine check. If your order is selected for this, we will request you to provide some information. Failure to provide the required information may delay the processing of your order. The order will only be processed once the requested information is received.

Shipping date is based on when your package leaves our shipping department. Please check the Estimated Delivery Date on our product pages before placing the final order and select the delivery method as per your preference at Checkout. Transit time defines the time between when an item is shipped from our facility and when it is delivered to you.

When you place an order with us, we will not be able to provide a specific delivery date and time immediately. However, once your package ships, the shipping carrier will set the delivery window. You will find this information in the "Order Shipped" email.

You can also select your preferred delivery date on the cart page.

Order Shipment

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. To ensure product safety, high-value orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. If you happen to be unavailable, an authorised person will be required to sign and collect the package on your behalf at the designated shipping address.

Shipping will not be done to PO boxes or similar addresses.

If we are unable to ship your order on the promised date, we will inform you about the reason for the delay.

Exceptions to the Delivery Timeline

Delay in delivery may happen due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Angara will not be held liable or refund the shipping amount (if charged). While we do not have control over unexpected delays, we will always strive to keep you informed about them as soon as they are brought to our notice.

Please add our email ID to your email address book to ensure that all notifications reach your inbox. We also suggest that you check your 'Spam' and 'Junk' folders periodically for any missed emails from us.

Order Cancellation

If you happen to change your mind about an order, please get in touch with us at 1800 934237 with your order number. We will try our best to stop the order from going through. However, please know that our fulfilment system has been designed to ship orders as fast and as efficiently as possible. Taking this into account, there is a possibility that we may not be able to honour your request even if you may have contacted our Customer Service Team immediately. This is because your order may have already entered the shipment process and we will not be able to change or cancel it.

However, after receiving the product, you have the option of returning it to Angara. For more information regarding this, please go through our Return Policy by clicking here.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected on all orders shipped to any destination within Australia. Tax is included in the price of the product.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it within 30 days from date of delivery.

Ring Re-sizing

We offer one free ring resizing during the first year of ownership. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 1800 934237 to arrange for your free ring resizing.

You can either pay for shipping with insurance or request a shipping label, in case the resizing request is raised after the completion of the 30-day return period. Insured shipping label will cost you $35 plus taxes.

International Shipping

From this website, you can place orders for delivery addresses within Australia only.

We also offer free, insured shipping on all orders to the following countries: France, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada and Japan.

Please note that the above condition is applicable only when you place an order in the local currency. You may change the currency by selecting the country.

For countries that are not listed here, we offer free shipping on orders above $500. All orders below $500 are charged $30 each. Shipments are sent via FedEx, UPS or DHL.
