First, the jewelry is as described, well packaged, and beautiful! This made a great anniversary gift. Second, the "free gift" I chose when I placed my order was swapped out for something other than what I selected. I emailed the customer service team immediately, and was informed that the policy is free gifts can be subbed depending on demand. To which I replied that was insufficient because they site let me select a specific free gift - of course I selected emerald earrings that matched the necklace. Customer service understood and said they would send me the correct free gift as soon as it was available. To their credit - I didn't have to follow up and the gift arrived in time for my anniversary. They even provided the tracking # so I would know it was on its way. That is just terrific customer service. And when spending this amount of money for an online jeweler - that means a ton. Terrific company, service, and jewelry! Highly recommend!
