What happens if I want to return something?

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. In fact, we’re pretty miserable. So if you’re not 100% happy with what you bought, we encourage you to return it for a full refund, or exchange it. You have 60 days to do that.

After we get the item – and don’t forget to include the free gift! – we will inspect it to make sure it didn’t fall into the trash compactor. (A little customer service humor.) If it’s in perfect condition, we will process your refund within 8-12 business days and credit your original payment method.

What is Angara's 110% refund policy?

We stand by the quality of our jewelry. If any accredited GIA-trained jewelry appraiser values a piece for less than 125% of the purchase price, we’ll give you a 110% refund (up to $250).

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

If you're returning your jewelry within the first 60 days of delivery, it's free! After 60 days, however, you will have to pay for the return label. Contact our customer service team for more details.

What items are not returnable?

We do not accept jewelry that has been mishandled, modified or worn, including items that have been repaired, re-sized or engraved by another jeweler. In other words, you want to make sure that you return the jewelry in the same way you received it. Also, if yours was a special order or we crafted a piece specifically for you that's not listed on our website, you won't be able to return it.

I am expecting my returned item to be replaced. How long will it take to reach me?

As soon as we receive your return, we waste no time in initiating the exchange. From then it takes between 7 to 10 business days tops for the replacement to reach you.

Will I be notified during the return process?

Yes! Once the return is initiated, we'll share regular emails to keep you updated on its status.

When will I get the refund for my product?

After we receive the returned item along with the free gift, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the pieces. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours and you can expect the amount to be credited to your original payment method within 8 to 12 business days.

I can't find the invoice for my purchase. Can I still return my item?

That's not a problem at all! Just get in touch with our customer service team with your email id or order number and we'll help you process your return.
