What is the cost of shipping? Are the shipments insured?

We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders within the U.S. We also ship international orders for free. For shipping options, click here.

All shipments are insured and risk-free. We fully insure your package from the moment it leaves us to when it arrives at your door.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do. In fact, we offer free shipping on all international orders. However, please note that local import duties and taxes may be applicable, and these will need to be covered by you.

Why is my order shipping from overseas?

We manufacture our jewelry in the U.S. and Thailand. Our master jewelers/setters in each geography have different areas of expertise. When you place an order with us, we choose the manufacturing location for your piece based on where we think it’ll be crafted best.

Which shipping companies do you use?

For the most part, we use UPS, FedEx and DHL for all orders. In rare cases, we use USPS for US orders.

How long will it take for my jewelry to reach me after I place the order?

You won't find assembly lines at Angara. After you customize a piece of jewelry on our website and place your order, our studio artisans go to work. When they are done with your piece, it goes through rigorous quality checks before we ship it to you.

So, the estimated delivery date really depends on the piece you’ve ordered, which we mention on the product page. Be sure to check that out before placing your order.

Why is my order delayed?

While we do everything in our power to ensure your jewelry reaches you on time, the weather and natural calamities are beyond our control, and may delay or postpone your delivery.

In some rare cases, it's our quality checks that may take additional time.

In the case of APO, FPO and DPO addresses, shipments are sent through the US Post Office and can take up to three weeks to arrive.

I have already placed my order. Can I change my shipping address now?

Yes, you can! Just give us a call at 1-844-527-4367 and we’ll change the address for you.

However, if the product is already shipped, there's not much we can do.

What if I'm not available when the order is delivered?

Before the shipment is ready for delivery, you'll receive an email notification from the carrier. In case you aren't available, they'll attempt delivery the next day.

Can someone other than me pick up my order?

That's possible, but we'll need an adult to sign for the delivery. For added security, they may also need to produce a government ID proof.

I missed the first delivery attempt for my package. How can I reschedule the delivery?

Don't break a sweat. Just make sure you're around to receive your package for the next scheduled delivery. You can also track the delivery status on the carrier's website and reschedule to a date and time that's convenient for you. Here are the links to download the tracking apps for your package:

What happens if my package is lost during shipment?

We don't want that to happen to anyone. But just in case it does, you don't need to worry. Our packages are fully insured and we'll take full responsibility if yours is lost in transit. It generally takes 8-10 working days for the carrier to investigate and declare the package lost.

How do you ensure safe and secure delivery?

Every piece of jewelry is fully insured and all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only.

For added security, an adult signature is required for all Angara items/orders.

Do you offer customized packaging?

No, we don't offer customized packaging or gift wrapping at the moment. But you should know that all our jewelry pieces come in very attractive boxes that are perfect for gifting.

Do you offer weekend delivery?

Yes, we do have an option for weekend delivery, but it's really upto the carrier. If the service is provided by the carrier, you'll see the option on the cart page.

Where is my order?

We understand you're anxious to show off the beautiful jewelry you bought from us. Go on, click here or click on the Track Your Order link in the footer of our website. Then enter your email address and order number and you’ll see how far it is from home.

If the estimated delivery date has passed (this may happen during extremely busy times) and you still haven’t received your package, we request you to wait just a couple more days. Our carriers are always trying to get our orders to reach you on time. You may continue to check for updates using your tracking link.

On international orders, do I pay customs fees to Angara or the shipping carrier?

If you are from any of these countries, your applicable duties/taxes are included in the purchase amount: Australia, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland and Japan

This applies only if you've placed your order in the local currency.

For countries other than these, you will have to pay the applicable duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by the respective country directly to the shipping carrier. They'll take care of everything when they contact you for delivery.

What is the shipping cost for international orders?

How can I safeguard my jewelry against damage, theft or loss?

Once you receive your order, you can get the jewelry appraised by a certified appraiser and obtain third-party insurance coverage. If you'd like, we could have the jewelry appraisal done for you through a third-party GIA appraiser at an additional cost of $85 (taxes as applicable). Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?

Is your packaging discreet? What does the box look like?

We'll ship your order in unmarked packaging so no one will know what's inside. We can also ship it to your office address, a specific FedEx location to be held for pick up or wherever else you'd like. Just let us know and we'll do whatever we can to make sure your Angara order remains a surprise. You may also contact us for special delivery arrangements, including expedited or Saturday delivery.
