If you're in the U.S., the insured shipping label will cost you $35 plus taxes.

Do you have any warranty plan that covers more services than the Lifetime Warranty?

Yes, we offer an Enhanced Warranty Plan too for an additional charge. The plan covers:

1. Repairing bent or broken prongs

2. Repairing any accidental scratches to the mounting

3. Replacing or re-polishing scratched gemstones or diamonds

4. Replacing or repairing spring rings on chains

5. Replacing or repairing earring backings

6. Gemstone and/or diamond tightening

7. Re-rhodium plating

8. Re-polishing and cleaning of jewelry

What is the cost of the Enhanced Warranty Plan?

Why don’t you offer a warranty card in the package?

While we don't provide warranty cards, we do offer Lifetime Warranty for all our products. To make use of the services, you only need to share your order number and email address with us.

What are the advantages of the Enhanced Warranty Plan over Lifetime Warranty?

Under Lifetime Warranty, you'll get the basic jewelry maintenance services. But if you plan to wear your fine jewelry every single day, you might want to opt for the Enhanced Warranty Plan that's more extensive and covers all of those wear-and-tear issues.

How do I make sure that my Angara warranty holds good?

That's easy! Just see to it that you don't get your Angara piece resized or repaired by any jeweler other than us.

What services are not included in your Lifetime Warranty?

If your jewelry is damaged by regular use, is lost or stolen, our Lifetime Warranty doesn't apply. So take our advice; wear and store your pieces with a little extra care and get the necessary repairs done to maintain their integrity.

Here's a quick list of issues that we don't cover in our warranty:

1. Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.

2. Wearing out of prongs and precious metals, as it is normal for them to require periodic building up or restoration work.

3. Bent, caught or worn-out prongs that may cause your gemstone to fall out or get lost.

4. Losing a gemstone or having it fall out, chip or break.

Also if you do give your jewelry for maintenance, repair, resizing or any other service to a jeweler or third party other than Angara, your Lifetime Warranty will be void.

How should I clean my jewelry and how often?

Can I get my product repaired or serviced by any jeweler?
