I bought this for my wife's birthday and our daughters birthing day. It is Stunning Beautiful! I got the heirloom stones. One of them had a small inclusion it. I also needed it resized. When I called and explained it to customer service rep. who was very nice. They said not a problem they sent me the FedEx label to get it back to them. It was very easy and hassle free.
