I purchased the 1. 00 ct. , heirloom-quality, opal stud earrings. I wanted to own a pair of "good" opals, that is, stones with lots of color play, rather than the all white ones that brick and mortar jewelers routinely sell now. The earrings that I received from Angara are "good" opals. They are just beautiful - as though someone took moonlight and the Aurora Borealis and mixed them together. They are simple studs,but they are classic and classy. I'm wearing them right now.
I purchased these for myself on a milestone birthday. They are beautifully made and true to the online photos and size. I was surprised by the layers of fancy packaging but if you were giving this as a gift the recipient would be thrilled. The final box even has a light inside to show off the sparkle of the stones.
